Buxus Sempervirens is a slow growing hardy native evergreen plant with fragrant foliage, it has dark green glossy leathery leaves which give off an unusual sweet smell, small tufty yellow flowers appear from late winter. Water regulary especially in the growing season, best in a partially shady position. If planting directly into the garden, ensure well drained, fertile soil is present.

Olea europaea is a slow growing, evergreen, spreading shrub. It has narrowly oblong leaves which are grey-green above, silvery beneath. Needs full sun and deep, fertile, very well-drained soil. In cold areas it will require protection of a sheltered, south or west facing wall. It is 125-150cm high and in a 18 litre pot.

Cupressus Goldcrest is a conifer with beautiful yellow foliage, it is evergreen and fast growing, it is happy in full sun or part shade. It is tolerant to most soils and climates, it is suitable to be planted directly into the garden provided sufficient water is available and soils are good.
