綠色植物﹣為夏天散散熱
30度的火熱高溫，的確熱力驚人。植物可以遮攔陽光，呼出清新空氣，綠化家居，心情都開朗D，做事起勁D。多種植物為地球降溫出一分力！
室內植物的打理

Planting and repotting in 4 steps.
The best period of time to repot plants is in early spring. Plants that almost burst out of their pots and plants that lack vitality should be repotted now. Transfer the plants into a pot that is at least 1 size larger. Whether you start planting or repotting, always use the same method.
如果植物的根而穿透內盆，那就需要更換大一點的盆。如果植物的外觀缺乏生命力，亦要更換泥土的時候了。
1. Choose the right pot. Make sure the plant has room for growth so don’t choose a size that is too small. Make sure the pot possesses a drainage hole for excess water.
植物要有生長的空間，不要使用太小的盆。盆底有孔使水份滲出。
2. Always use potting soil. Potting soil mixed with coconut fibre dries out less rapidly. For this purpose there are also granules (Seramis) that can be mixed through the soil.
使用科學泥。有些科學泥可能摻有椰子殼衣和粒子使保持泥土的水份或幫助疏水。亦可以使用陶粒保持水份。
3. Before repotting or planting place some clay clumps or shards at the bottom of the pot first so the hole does not close up and excess (rain)water can drain.
可以在盆底先放陶粒，然後才用科學泥，有幫助疏水以免出水位塞住。
4. Fill the pot with some soil and press the dirt down well. Put the plant in the pot and again press down the dirt well. Make sure that the soil does not get higher than 2 to 3 cm under the rim of the pot so when watering the plant the soil does not spill over the rim of the pot.
用科學泥放盆底，然後把植物放入盆，再加入科學泥填滿及壓下泥土。泥在距離盆子的邊2-3cm即可，不用滿瀉。
Fertilisation 施肥

Plants that richly bloom need extra fertiliser. If you have used fresh potting soil your plants have nutrients for a month from the potting soil. After that you will have to provide some extra ’vitamins’, for instance in the shape of coated fertiliser granules that you can add to the soil. The nutrients in these granules are released gradually. A little more work is giving liquid plant food, which is added to the water. In that case pay close attention to the dosage used.
要植物生長得旺盛，就要施肥。新泥土可以有足夠的養份維持一個月左右，時間一耐就要額外養份。 肥料有顆粒狀或水溶液，顆粒的分解慢可以安心使用，不會令泥土過份肥沃。水溶液的肥料就要注意份量。
Watering 澆水

Giving plants water is an art. Too little water isn’t good for the plants, but too much definitely is not either. The most frequent mistake is to keep the soil wet constantly. This starts rotting the roots or it starts causing mildew. So make sure of good drainage and use water trays. Also never let the soil dry out completely. Put water on the soil or via the water tray as much as possible. Regularly add liquid fertiliser to the water for watering the plants.
澆水都有一定學問。太少水當然不行，太多水亦都對植物不好。最常見的誤解是要泥土經常濕透，不能有效疏水的話，根部會被漫會發霉及敗壞。泥土亦不可以完全乾透，要在泥乾之前澆水，植物的水份吸收速度在冬天會減少，不用經常澆水。可以在泥土表面淋水或在底盤上加上使根部吸收。淋花的水可以先稀釋水溶液的肥料有助吸收。
Remember that plants in earthenware pots need water more often than plants in synthetic pots. After all, earthenware absorbs water. Most plants do like it to be sprayed.
陶盆比膠花盆要吸多一點的水。可以的話，使用噴霧壺可以使植物漂亮。

鮮花不是預製的絲花，不是你想要怎樣，就說就起貨。要找合乎你要求的花球，首先要知花球的類別啊!
1.) The round: It is the most classical and traditional bride’s bouquet… and as it implies, it is round! It typically is small in size and features only one type of flower.
圓形。新娘子要球一般最穩打穩札的花球，非圓形莫屬。一般用兩三種花材，緊密的組合式公整的模式。
2.) The Nosegay: This bouquet is round in shape. But, compared to the round, the nosegay has less flowers and more greenery.

地球日 Earth day - 學種植物，支持『減碳』
地球日 Earth day 今年在 四月二十二日 (Apr 22)。 大家一齊學種植物『減碳』!
溫室氣溫令地球溫度上升，植物是吸收空氣的二氧化碳。為環保出一分力，學種植物十分簡單。以下有些屬於辦公室的小型植物，花小小時間，為地球出一分力。

綠色的盆栽，煩擾的就是怕種植不易，這些屬於多肉植物，不需要大量日照（間接的日照即可），和只要少許水份，就可以生長!
這些「懶人」的多肉植物，不但沒刺，放在辦公室還能防小人（啊喲，效果因人而異啊！），而且，不用煩惱它會枯死；是非常好照顧的懶人植物!
還有我們的荷蘭花盆，輕巧別致，放在工作間，趕走苦悶，醒目曬!
1。心型葉 (hoya kerrii)
喜好半日照環境，全日照曝曬葉片會黃化。不宜常處於潮濕狀態，應觀察介質略乾才澆水。它也可以養在室內如辦公室的環境.
2。翡翠木。(jade plant)
翡翠木因葉肉肥厚翠綠如玉而得名。在光線適當環境下生長的發財樹，往往葉片厚實，濃綠而富光澤，節間緊促、植株堅挺。栽培時不需常澆水，光線較弱時，寧可讓盆土偏乾而不可過溼。若將室外栽培的發財樹移入室內易因光線不足而落葉，應採漸進移入方式，來適應較暗的光線。
3。石蓮花是多肉植物，葉片厚實耐乾燥，但日照不足時易引起枯黃落葉，若是過度潮濕則容易引起根部敗壞.
打理方法
1.不用太常澆水，視環境濕度而定，約2周澆一次水即可。
2.最好多曬太陽，使植物葉片顏色更鮮明。
3.最好先撥開葉片，再把水澆入土中，不要直接澆在葉片上。

It is hardy to zone 8-9. It is in leaf all year, some of our species will grow flower.
The plant prefers light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils, requires well-drained soil and can grow in nutritionally poor soil. The plant prefers acid, neutral and basic (alkaline) soils. It cannot grow in the shade. It requires dry or moist soil and can tolerate drought.
2. There is a tree of a 1.25m-1.5m. The smallest size among the type.

Each of the branches coming from the compost is actually a leaf and the ' leaves' are leaflets coming of them. An easy and very impressive plant for a semi shady room.
2.Dracaena 馬尾鐵
Regarded highly as a garden plant in warmer climates. This Dracaena is a stunning houseplant with wide brightly marked leaves and thick woody stems. It will tolerate lower light levels but the yellow band will become greener with time.
3. Ficus Lyrata - fiddle Leaf fig 琴葉榕
Large strangely shaped glossy leaves (hence the name!) grow in a whorl up the long straight stem of this shapely fig. Branches will grow from the leaf bases in time creating a wonderfully exotic specimen.
4. Pachira aquatica 發財樹（扭桿）
Another rarity in the houseplant world, Pachira is a slightly bizarre plant that is generally sold as three or more stems that have been plaited together to form a single trunk. Out of this trunk grows large leaves composed of 6-9 leaflets. A great conversation point as a specimen plant.
